Description of Activities

  • Participating in talks, discussions, negotiations, and/or the signing of business agreements.

Extendable : Yes

  • Two times, each time to get another 60 days.
  • Total stay up to 180 days or 6 months without leaving the country.

Requirements:

  • A copy of passport valid for a minimum of 6 months.
  • A copy of legal travel document valid for at least 12 months for a stateless person.
  • A copy of bank statement at least 2,000 USD or equivalent for the last 3 months (including name, date and account balance)
  • A copy of colored photographs with a red background
  • Letter from a guarantor declaring responsibility of your stay in Indonesia.
  • Statement, invitation, or correspondence from a government agency or private institution explaining the relationship with the respective Foreign Nationals.
  • Statement from the spouse/parent explaining the family ties with the respective Foreign Nationals and the activities of the Foreign Nationals during their stay in Indonesia (accompanied by a family card or similar documents).

  • Travel Itinerary
  • Personal contact detail: email and phone number.

Visa Validity:

  • This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
  • Please note that the visa validity period is different from the period of stay, kindly check your visa for the period of stay Information.

Note:

  • A Visitor Stay Permit (ITK) can be changed to a Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) for a foreign national or a child newly born in Indonesian Territory, whose father/mother is a holder of an ITK. Application for a change of ITK status is submitted no later than 30 (thirty) days before the expiry of the ITK. Only an ITK originated as a Single-Entry Visitor Visa or a Multiple-Entry Visitor Visa can be changed to an ITAS.
  • Please remember the processing time of obtain visa exclude public holidays and error system in government.
  • Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws
    may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
