If you are Single Entry Visitor Visa (Index C) or Multiple Entry Visitor Visa (Index D) holder and planning to spend more time to enjoy and explore Bali, you are required to do visa extension to get more another 60 days stay permit. The total of doing extension is two times. It means your able to stay for 6 months without leaving Indonesia!

If you stay in Uluwatu or Pecatu area we will give you free courier service either pick up or drop off your passport. If you are outside Uluwatu or Pecatu area, there is additional transportation fee based on Grab/Gojek App.

Requirements:

• Original Passport (*you will get a new stamp on your passport)
• Scan of your e-VISA and e-ITK or e-Stay Permit

Procedures:

• We collect all your documents, payment and prepare some applications forms.
• We submit your documents to the nearest immigration office based on your domicile.
• We wait your notification to be released from immigration office.
• After your notification releases we will arrange the schedule for you doing biometrics.
• Our staff will send you the notification and the procedure of biometrics in immigration office through WhatsApp (please give a valid number to our staff)
• After doing biometrics, it takes 2 working days your passport would be finished
• We would be drop your passport off based on your time arrangement or you could take it in our office.

Note:

• The price above (IDR 2.650.000) is a regular process for all type of Single or Multiple Entry Visitor Visa except C12, C22, C22A, C22B, C4, C18, D12.
• For express process, please contact us. The price will be different based on the urgency.
• For those who are already overstayed and do extension, please keep in mind to get a express process with the additional price is IDR 1.000.000

Exception for:

• Single Entry Visitor Visa (Index C):
  • Pre-Investment Visa (Index C12) and Internship Visa (Indexes C22, C22A, C22B) - 180 Days | Can be extended each time for 180 days (6 months) up to a maximum total stay period of 12 months (1 year).
  • Government Duties Visa (Index C4) - 60 Days | Can be extended each time for 60 days (2 months) up to a maximum total stay period of 12 months (1 year).
  • Prospective Foreign Workers Visa (Index C18) - 60 Days | Can be extended each time for 60 days (2 months) up to a maximum total stay period of 120 days (4 months).
• Multiple Entry Visitor Visa (Index D):
  • Pre-Investment Visa (Index D12) - 180 Days | Can be extended each time for 180 days (6 months) up to a maximum total stay period of 12 months (1 year).

Please always check your visa validity or you will get overstay fee.

If you get overstay, you would be asked to pay fines of IDR 1,000,000 per day, or you would get detained, deported, or banned future travel to Indonesia for a specific period.
